Private and Semi-Private Pilates Sessions

Sheetal offers private and semi-private Pilates sessions tailoring various modalities to serve her individual client needs.  Among other benefits, Sheetal’s sessions focus on improving alignment, building strength and reducing pain.  One-on-one and semi-private sessions are held in her home studio nestled in the foothills of beautiful Altadena.  The fragrance of sage and mint and the soft ringing of chimes adds to the retreat-like setting.

 

PILATES ONLINE

At this time, until further notice, I am offering my private, semi-private and group sessions ONLINE at a reduced rate.  With my knowledge and experience in various modalities and techniques from Pilates to Fascial Release, Muscle Energy Work to Feldenkrais, I am helping my clients take care of their bodies and spirits during this trying time.  Keeping the immune system strong is always important, but especially now!  Research has shown that mindful exercise is a key component in building a strong immune system.  In addition, with focused breath work as a part of each session, your lungs and the muscles that support breathing will get stronger.

DANCE/MOVEMENT

Dance and Movement at The Well includes classes in Tap, Improvisation, Modern and Jazz.  All classes are temporarily suspended until further notice.
