Inspired by water and nature, by imperfection, and by the clay pots that women carry to and from their homes and the nearest body of water...usually many miles away.  The story of “The Cracked Pot” is accompanied by the intricate and dynamic polyrhythms created by the dancers as they play the pots while dancing.
